1. About this notice
1.1 This trade mark notice (Notice) sets out the registered trade marks owned by BioOrbit Ltd (we, us or our) and explains how they may and may not be used. It applies to our website at www.bioorbit.space and www.bioorbit.com (Site), and to any other materials, documents or communications on which it appears.
1.2 We are BioOrbit Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 15035829, whose registered office is at C/O Sedulo, Office 605 Albert House, 256-260 Old Street, London EC1V 9DD.

2.2 We and our licensors reserve all of our intellectual property rights in these trade marks, and in all other trade marks, trade names, logos, get-up and branding used by us, whether registered or unregistered anywhere in the world.
3. Use of our trade marks
3.1 Our trade marks, logos and branding may not be used, reproduced, copied, adapted or imitated, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
3.2 Nothing on the Site, in this Notice or in any related material grants you any licence or right to use any of our trade marks.
3.3 You must not use any of our trade marks, or any sign that is identical or similar to them, in a way that is likely to cause confusion, or that takes unfair advantage of, or is detrimental to, their distinctive character or reputation.
3.4 Where you have our prior written permission to refer to our registered trade marks, they should, where reasonably practicable, be identified using the registered trade mark symbol (®).
4. Third party trade marks
4.1 Other trade marks and trade names may also appear on the Site or in our materials. Merck is a trade mark of its respective owner. An image of Merck’s experiment on board the International Space Station that appears on the Site is reproduced with appropriate credit to Merck and remains the property of its owner. Use of any third party trade marks is strictly prohibited unless you have the relevant owner’s prior written permission.
